Australia Travel Consultations

Overwhelmed by planning a trip to Australia? I can help!

Planning a trip to Australia? It’s exciting – but there are also so many decisions to make.

Where should you focus your time? What’s realistic in your timeframe? Should you fly between regions or commit to one great road trip?

With a quick bit of research, you’ll quickly find out that you can’t “just pop up to the Reef” and then “quickly duck over to Uluru” – but we’ll work out an itinerary that’s perfect for you.

I’m Australian and I’ve travelled extensively around the country, so I can help you make those decisions and shape them into a route that actually works – without backtracking, too many exhausting travel days or trying to squeeze in “just one more place”.

If you’re not sure how to balance Sydney, Melbourne, the Great Barrier Reef, the Red Centre, Tasmania or a coastal road trip, this travel consultation is for you.

Book a call with me to talk through your draft itinerary (if you have one), plan out a route or choose the places to visit, and understand the things you can’t missing seeing and doing in Australia. If you already have a draft itinerary, great. If you’re starting from scratch, also great.

I’ve helped thousands of readers plan their Australia trips through this blog – this consultation is the most direct way to tailor that knowledge and experience to your specific dates and priorities.

FAQs

Fair question – there are a lot of bloggers online! I’m Australian and have travelled extensively around the country, so I understand how it actually works on the ground – distances, travel times, the best places to visit and when you should travel. I’ve helped thousands of readers plan their Australia trips through this blog.

This consultation is the most direct way to apply that knowledge to your specific dates, budget and travel style.

It depends on my travel schedule, but I’m generally available during Melbourne, Australia business hours (9am-5pm). You can view available times via my calendar. If you can’t find a time there that works, send me an email.

Of course! You can share the meeting link with your travel party.

No. You can come with a blank page, a rough route or a detailed draft. I’ll work with whatever you have.

No, but I’ll recommend options so you can book independently.

You’ll receive the planning document within 3 business days following the travel consultation.

Yes. One round of clarifying questions by email within 7 days is included.

A traditional travel advisor usually manages bookings and may earn commissions from flights, hotels or tours.

This consultation is different. It’s a focused strategy session where we design your itinerary together. I help you structure the route, choose the right regions and experiences, and make the right decisions for you. You then book everything independently.
