How it works
Step 1: Book your session
Book a 1-hour session. Fill out the short form and/or share your draft itinerary. Payment is US$95 per hour. You’ll receive a booking confirmation and a link to join the Google Meet session.
Step 2: Let’s chat
In our call (on Google Meet – I’ll send you a link), we’ll build your itinerary together, review your draft itinerary or simply just talk through all the ideas/questions you have. That might mean refining what you have or starting from scratch and mapping a route that makes sense.
Step 3: After the call
After our session, I’ll tidy up the planning document and add extra suggestions where helpful (accommodation ideas, tours, key experiences and booking resources). I’ll send you the link (within 3 business days) so you can start booking!

Travel consultations are charged at US$95/hour. But I have a special introductory rate of US$75 per hour. Book your session in July (we don’t have to have the call in July – you just have to make a booking) and you’ll receive this discounted rate!

A traditional travel advisor usually handles bookings for you – flights, hotels, tours – and may earn commission from those bookings. My consultations are different.
This is a focused strategy session where we design your itinerary together. I help you structure the route, choose the right regions and experiences, and get clear on what’s actually worth your time. You then book everything independently.
In short: I’m here to help you build a realistic itinerary – not to sell you a package or manage your bookings.
Terms and conditions
- To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance. Payment can be made with credit card via Stripe. Any credit card, wire or bank fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you need to reschedule the session, please let me know as soon as possible. You’ll get one reschedule with no penalty. If you need to reschedule again, the session will be cancelled but you’ll be able to send me up to 5 questions to have them answered via email. These should be sent within 7 days of the cancelled call date.
- I’m a travel planner, not a certified travel advisor/travel agent, so I don’t book travel (flights, hotels, car rental, insurance) on your behalf, but I will help you get ready to book independently.
- You’re welcome to email one round of clarifying questions within 7 days of your session. If you’ve got more questions, you will need to book another session.
- I’m not able to provide real-time assistance during emergencies while you’re travelling (or before or after your trip).
- Note that there are no refunds for this product – though if you are unhappy for any reason please let me know and I’ll do my best to make it right!
