Argentina Travel Consultations

Planning a trip to Argentina? Let’s get it right

Planning your first trip to Argentina? It’s exciting – but it can be overwhelming.

It’s a huge country with big distances and wildly different regions – which means a whole lot of planning decisions.

I lived in Argentina for two years and have travelled extensively throughout the country, from Patagonia to the north. I know what it takes to make a great trip to Argentina (and what tends to go wrong for first-time visitors).

Most people underestimate at least one of these:

  • How far apart regions really are
  • How seasons affect where you should go
  • How much transit time flying can add
  • How ambitious the “we’ll just add this too” instinct becomes

Book a call with me to help you understand all of this, talk through your draft itinerary (if you have one), plan out a route or choose the places to visit, the things you can’t missing seeing and doing, and overviews of complicated things like money in Argentina.

If you’re not sure how to balance Buenos Aires, Mendoza, the north, Iguazú and Patagonia (without spending half your holiday in transit), then an Argentina travel planning consultation is for you.

I’ve helped thousands of readers plan their Argentina trips through this blog. This travel consultation is simply the most direct way to tailor that knowledge to your specific dates and priorities.

FAQs

Fair question – there are a lot of travel bloggers on the internet. The difference is that Argentina isn’t just somewhere I’ve visited once and written about. I lived there for two years and travelled extensively through the country, so I know what works on the ground.

I’ve also been writing about travel for years and I’ve helped thousands of readers plan trips through my blog content. These consultations are simply the most direct way to use that knowledge for your specific dates, priorities and travel style.

It depends on my travel schedule, but I’m generally available during business hours. I’m based in Melbourne (Australia) and work the typical 9-5 hours. You can find my full availability in my calendar. Can’t find a time that suits? Send me an email.

Of course! You can share the meeting link with your travel party.

No. You can come with a blank page, a rough route or a detailed draft. I’ll work with whatever you have.

No, but I can recommend options so you can book independently.

You’ll receive the planning document within 3 business days following the travel consultation.

Yes. One round of clarifying questions by email within 7 days is included.

A traditional travel advisor usually handles bookings for you – flights, hotels, tours – and may earn commission from those bookings. My consultations are different.

This is a focused strategy session where we design your itinerary together. I help you structure the route, choose the right regions and experiences, and get clear on what’s actually worth your time. You then book everything independently.

In short: I’m here to help you build a realistic itinerary – not to sell you a package or manage your bookings.

Terms and conditions

  • To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance. Payment can be made with credit card via Stripe. Any credit card, wire or bank fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you need to reschedule the session, please let me know as soon as possible. You’ll get one reschedule with no penalty. If you need to reschedule again, the session will be cancelled but you’ll be able to send me up to 5 questions to have them answered via email. These should be sent within 7 days of the cancelled call date.
  • I’m a travel planner, not a certified travel advisor/travel agent, so I don’t book travel (flights, hotels, car rental, insurance) on your behalf, but I will help you get ready to book independently.
  • You’re welcome to email one round of clarifying questions within 7 days of your session. If you’ve got more questions, you will need to book another session.
  • I’m not able to provide real-time assistance during emergencies while you’re travelling (or before or after your trip).
  • Note that there are no refunds for this product – though if you are unhappy for any reason please let me know and I’ll do my best to make it right!
