The contact person answered our questions very promptly and thoroughly. She met us at the door right on time, and gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment. The place was clean. We needed the heat which worked great. It is very close to the beach which we took advantage of, and very near a huge number of excellent places to eat. We were on the 3rd level and not only did they have stairs, there was also an elevator. There is also a grocery store and a fresh fruit and vegetable within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
